Chia pudding

When I was thinking of something to make together with my friends, for the blog launch party, I realized I needed something that will be easy to make, that doesn't require baking, cooking or special tools, that can be OK for my vegan, keto, paleo and gluten free friends, and can be easily adjusted to different flavors and tastes. Well, I think I got myself a winner - Chia pudding.

I brought all of the ingredients to my party and cute glass jars and we all made it together.

I also brought different toppings that they took home with them to enjoy on their pudding at breakfast or lunch the day after. What a great idea.


½ cup milk of your choice

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1-2 teaspoons sweetener of your choice (sugar, honey, maple, stevia etc)

Flavors of your choice: cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa powder, macha


  1. In a jar mix the milk and the sweetner

  2. Add the flavoring and mix well, taste and adjust flavors

  3. Add the chia seeds and mix well

  4. Place in the fridge for 4-5 hours. For better results stir it again after 30 min or more.

  5. Add any toppings you like: fresh fruits, dry fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips etc.
