Chocolate peanut butter, low-carb, fat bombs

The perfect solution for your sweet cravings without the guilt.


1 dark chocolate bar - 90-95%.

1 cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener or erythritol.


  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (few sec at a time) or in bainmarry.

  2. In a bowl combine all 3 ingredients and stir well.

  3. Pour the mixture into mold (if you don't have any, just put small lumps of the mixture on baking sheet, covered in parchment paper, using 2 teaspoons).

  4. Refrigerate for 1hr, take out of the mold and into sealed container.
