Egg salad

This salad can make the perfect spread on any bread or cracker. It can be a great side dish to any meal or barbecue party, and it can be great snack/meal for low-carb diet, served rolled in fresh crispy lettuce leaves.


4 eggs - chopped.

3 tablespoons mayonnaise.

1 teaspoon dijon mustard.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Chopped green onions or chives to serve.


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
