Foldable cheese and beef tortillas
Serves 8
I ran into this super cute "foldables" flour tortillas in the grocery store, and they had all this great ideas of what to make with them in the back. I was hooked immediately. We love Mexican food, so I already had an idea of what I'm going to make with it for dinner. All I had to do is purchase the rest of the ingredients and run back home to my beloved kitchen. It's so simple and yummy, you will love it. If you don't have the "foldables" in your grocery store, just buy the regular flour tortillas and fold it in half, it will taste the same 🙂
Ingredients
1 package "foldables" flour tortillas/regular
3-4 tablespoons oil
1 pound ground beef
½ large onion
½ bunch fresh cilantro - washed and chopped
1 chopped jalapeno pepper or sweet pepper if you don't like it spicy.
4-5 chopped garlic cloves

Place some cheese in the center of the "foldables" tortilla or on one half of the regular tortilla
