Green beans with mushrooms and garlic
Super easy to make, this side dish will make the perfect match to any meal.
Healthy and delicious.
1 pound fresh green beans.
½ pound mushrooms - sliced.
1 big white onion - chopped.
1 tablespoon minced garlic.
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil.
Salt to taste.
Optional - some toasted sesame seeds, to serve.
Saute the onions with the olive oil till translucent.
Add the mushrooms and stir.
Chop the heads of the green beans and add to the pan, stir.
Add the soy sauce and stir till the beans soften a little.
Taste to see if any salt needed - remember the soy sauce is very salty.
Add the minced garlic, stir, and remove from the heat.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm.
