Meatloaf
Updated: Jun 26, 2019
So one week ago, I was hosting 3 friends from work for dinner on Saturday. I made, what I believed to be a favorite American menu. I made broccoli and cheddar soup to start, than as the main course I made meatloaf, my first time making and eating it, mashed potatoes, green beans with mushrooms and garlic, coleslaw salad, Asian cashew lettuce salad ( I bought in Costco ), bouget with butter and Boursin cheese and for desert we had Baileys poke cake. We had a wonderful dinner. I love my new friends and my new work place.
